Our process is simple. After you accept our offer, we hire a title company or real estate attorney to handle the purchase and sale. This means you will have a third party working for you on your behalf. You can contact the title company or real estate attorney with any questions anytime. You will also have the option to close either remotely (by mail) or in-person at the title company or attorney's physical office (whichever you prefer). The closing date can be scheduled at a date and time that works well for you. It typically takes 3 weeks to close.
